Vivarium Backgrounds ship FedEx.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it for a refund, exchange or credit. All returns must be made 30 days from date of purchase and the porduct must be returned in sellable condition.

Warranty
All EcoZone Vivarium products are warranted for 1 year from purchase, during which we will repair or replace the unit.
If you have a repair request, please email us for an RMA number before returning the unit:
Warrants is limited to the EcoZone Vivarium product itself, and does not include any incidentals, loss of use, etc. Please review the Limited Warranty statement in the Ez400 Startup Guide.
